We use tracking technologies such as plugins to collect and process the data mentioned in the Privacy Policy (for instance IP addresses, Device ID, Content Title, Genre, etc.). The plugin is made up of two separate parts, a Code Library and a Player Adapter. The Player Adapter translates each video player’s events into a readable format while the Plugin Code Library is a code library that possesses the logic to decide which information is relevant to pass on, and how. It receives data through the adapter, processes them in order to send them on to NPAW. Data collected via the plugin are used to conduct analysis on the Service’s usage (for instance to register device number on the market) and for improving and optimizing its features.

We also use cookies to store your consent, when provided, for one (1) year. Cookies are files that are stored on your equipment’s hard drive and are accessed by our server when you use our services. The cookies we use will be stored on your device until they expire (as indicated below).

For using the tracking technologies as described above, your consent is needed. When opening QVC+ by clicking on the red button on QVC TV channel or when you click on the App on a Smart TV, you will receive a notification (via a banner) that QVC is using tracking technologies, and you may provide your consent for such use. You can revoke your consent at any time by using the button below in the section “Manage your Preferences”. You may decide to remove such trackers using the functionalities of your device, if available (please check the manufacturer instruction).
